If you are unable to confirm your number with WhatsApp due to your SIM being broken, you will need to get a replacement SIM for your number.

You can pick up a replacement SIM from an EE store with photo-ID if you are the account holder. You can find our list of stores using our store finder EE Store Finder | How to find your nearest EE store | EE

You can also order a replacement SIM for delivery by giving us a call on 150 from an EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
