My EE contract

Hello please help . I did nit want to leave EE but somehow the sky rep has transferred my EE to sky. 
how can I reverse this as I have been with EE since. I was with T mobile . I am disabled and very worried . What do I do please

Please could you confirm if this is home broadband or mobile? 

Have you been in touch with Sky?

If this is for your mobile, did you provide them with a PAC?
