Moving from eSIM back to old physical SIM?

I converted my physical SIM to an eSIM via the My EE app. Now the physical SIM is no longer functional. If anytime in the future I would like to switch back to my old physical SIM from eSIM, is that possible or do I have to order a new physical SIM?

@5GEE  To do this you’ll have to request a replacement SIM card,  your now none working sim is bin fodder as this can not be used.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hello @Mai_ha2

Are you looking to get a physical SIM?

Is your account pay as you go or pay monthly?

Katie

Yes I am looking for my Physical Sim back.

@gauravmahar1993  then you need to request a replacement sim.   This can be done by going to a EE store with in date photo ID or by calling customer services or via your account.  The EE app it’s click the person icon at the top right then click Settings and Permissions then click Replace my Sim/eSim.  You will need a working sim/sim for this option as you’ll be sent a text to confirm that order.
