Moving 5 BT mobile mobile family SIMS to EE

Hi,

Yesterday, I call BT and transferred My five BT family Sims to EE.

I  am slightly concerned as the only info I have received is an email from EE about the direct debit and 5 emails from BT with PAC codes, I have also received 5 new EE pay monthly SIMS, with very very little info, hence I have a few queries:

Why does the delivery note with each SIM say “PAYM” 5G multi SIM ?

How do I activate the SIMS and port the old numbers across ( I have PAC codes for each number), I have read else where that the numbers port automatically?

There is nothing on the SIMS to say which one is for which BT number so I assume I can use any of them, for any of the old BT SIMS. I don’t see how they could automatically port the old numbers across correctly as there is nothing to indicate which is which so I assume you need to use a PAC code?

I have not received an account number or anything, so do I just create the EE account myself ( which I have done to post here), how do I add my account details - all 5 sims are paid for on the same account, how do I link them, I can see you can do that on the EE APP , do I need to manually add all 5 ?

Thanks for anyone that can assist / provide some information, as I am on call out  I am a little bit concerned  with the lack of info, or perhaps an email or letter is going to turn up and I have been impatient.

The EE advisor was exceptionally polite and helpful, so no blame there, I just got the impression there would be more follow up info emailed  etc.

Thanks for anyone who can advise
