Esim activation pin message not being received.

I am trying to activate my ESim on my Galaxy s20, but to no prevail. It keeps sending me the pin but I am not receiving it, my ESim also shows 'Unknown Number' instead of my EE number. Can someone help?

Are you swapping from a physical SIM to an eSIM, or is this a brand new line? 


If you are swapping from an existing SIM to a new eSIM, your existing SIM still needs to be active for this to work as the PIN is sent to the old SIM.  

If you have lost your SIM or it's no longer working, you'll need to call customer service on 150 or pop into any EE Store with photo ID for a replacement SIM  or eSIM
