Moved to EE and activated new sim but no data

Hello, 

I have moved to EE from Plusnet and downloaded my e sim (on 5/06/24). I have restarted my phone several times since, my data has not activated yet and i cannot make or receive calls. I really want to get this sorted as it is really inconvenient!

Thanks all for your suggestions, i went directly to EE via phone and it was a network issue with them and i’ve resolved this through a network reset.
