HiI know that to get a PAC Code from EE that I text PAC to 65075 but do I need to include my date of birth in the format DDMMYY.I have been told some mobile phone providers ask for date of birth.Thank you

Number not yet transferred

Hi had a sim replacement yesterday. Been way over 24hours. I received a text, saying it should swuth over by 6pm, 4 hours and nothing. Turned it on and off loads. Still no luck, this is such an inconvenience. Any help. Thanks
