Hello,
I have moved to EE from Plusnet and downloaded my e sim (on 5/06/24). I have restarted my phone several times since, my data has not activated yet and i cannot make or receive calls. I really want to get this sorted as it is really inconvenient!

I have tried to call 150 and that doesn’t work. Every time i dial any number it says ‘i have dialled an incorrect number’

Is the number transfer done fully or in progress? Once your plusnet will lost all signal then EE sim can be inserted and start working.

Hi,
my plusnet has lost all signal but data has not kicked in yet, plusnet shut down on friday so i expected it to work yesterday or today but nothing.

@jessdw13x I think it’s because of weekend number only transfers Monday to Friday so if transfered in it will be ever tommorw or Tuesday hope that’s helps

Once plusnet network is fully gone that means transfer is done, transfer happens Monday to Friday.
Once plusnet network is gone please insert EE sim and restart the phone. As you mentioned you are on eSIM so no insert is needed but you can turn off and on the line.
Please send sms to 150 as text
NUMBER
to know if your permanent number is moved in or still it is temp EE number
Once number is changed then update your number in settings too if you are on iPhone, if not then please ignore this my number change step.

When you first activate your EE SIM it will get a temporary number until the port-in process is complete, which is the working day after submission.
When did you first activate your EE SIM? And have you received a text to your EE line confirming port-in complete?

i activated my e sim on wednesday 5th june and i had a message to say that the switch has completed on the same day
