Moved over via BT call centre, not got old number

Hi, moved over ftom BT via the BY call centre last week. They said I would keep my old number but that hasn't happened yet. Is there a way to check if the number transfer is in progress?

Welcome to the community.
The number usually transfers the next working day, so today could be your port date. If that's the case, it should transfer over by midnight tonight.
Our Mobile Care team will be able to confirm your port date.
