hello i lost my sim card do i need to do to get a duplicate card? plus I changed my residential address

Welcome to the community,

You need to ring customer service to get the card blocked and you can then order a replacement and let them know about a change of address.

You can ring them from any phone, including Skype for free:

08000798586
