Hi, I recently changed to EE and have kept my number. My number has changed to the one I want to keep but whenever I message my wife, it shows the phone number that the new SIM was attached to, not the number that I've kept. Have you got any idea how to fix this?

Wait until tomorrow to see if the port completes fully (assuming the port was meant to complete today 13/3) as it can take up to midnight to fully complete). If not, or the port was supposed to complete a while back, call CS on 150 and report that the port has not completed properly - likely a "split port" where all your info hasn't come over from your old provider. CS should forward this to the correct team to resolve.
