I lost my mobile phone which had my sim card with it and because I don't have anyone around me to call EE I wanted to know if I could go to my local store and ask for a replacement, If so would I need my bank card too?

@Kehisiga You’ll need in date photo ID with you to request a replacement SIM card at a store, You’ll get the sim straight the way but your number will need to be migrated to that sim and this can take up to 24 hours but it’s usually around 4-5 hours.
