Lost access to EE number

I used EE sim for my UK banking app while I was in UK last year. But unfortunately, I lost my access to my number and have trouble to register my bank app on my new phone. Is there any way to recover my old number or to get new eSIM abroad? Thanks in advance.

Not if it has been deactivated cuz:

  • PAYG: Been unused for more than 9 months after going into hibernation & then lost completely.
  • Contract: You relinquished that no. when you cancelled it or ceased to pay .
