I need to request a pac code from my phone however each time I send PAC TO 65075 it states: hi from EE, my number is part of a multiple subscription account so you are not able to complete this request by text. What do I need to do to be able to get the pac code

Hi @louise3911

As  @XRaySpeX mentioned, if you have multiple numbers on your account, you can only do this by logging into your online account or by calling us on 150 from any of your EE phones or the number found on our Contact us | EE page.

When you call, select option 2 to use the standard menu options, and then choose the one for "thinking of leaving EE".

When you have multiple nos. on your a/c, as you do, you need to call CS for your PAC.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

to add to this I've called the number 07953 966 150 however I am unsure which option to select on the keypad

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. (Opt 2) in my sig.

I have the same problem as my son's phone is on my personal account but I am trying to upgrade his phone in advance of his birthday but when he requests the PAC on his phone he is getting the same message and I cannot proceed with the order without doing this because he wants to keep his current phone number.  I have been on hold trying to get through by phone for about an hour and I suspect I will be cut off before anyone answers.  You also state to do this online but there is nowhere in the online account that clearly states where we can request the PAC code - please can someone contact me regarding this as I need to get this sorted urgetly in order to get the new phone to arrive in time for his 18th birthday!  Best number to contact me on is ***********.

[Mod edit: phone number removed. Please do not post personal details in public forums.]

Good morning @fionarmuir25.

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

We don't have access to accounts via these forums, but you should absolutely be able to get through to our team over the phone, or request this via our site.

Just as a heads up though, you don't need a PAC in order to upgrade internally; this is only if you're moving him to a different network.

To do this online you need to use the browser version rather than the app, then once logged in go to Plans & Subscriptions > Manage Mobile > Select his number > Scroll to 'Leave EE' and select 'Switching to a new provider'.

You just need to make sure his number is still the one selected, and you're choosing the option to keep your number.
