Hello @Sauravlimbu ,

Welcome to the community,

You can do this either via the EE App by clicking on manage then  Mobile and Sim and scrolling down to settings to order a replacement SIM card or go to an EE high street store to get a replacement SIM card, but I would definitely let EE know so they can put a block on your card, otherwise if someone found it, they could use it and run expenses on your SIM card.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
No don’t block that

@Sauravlimbu , you block it, but you get a replacement SIM card, that is all, you will not lose your number, as it is the IMEI that gets blocked.

Do SIMs have an IMEI? I thought it was that the phone has it.

IMSI = International Mobile Subscriber Identity, which is the SIM serial number.

IMEI = International Mobile Equipment Identity, which is a device serial number. Dual-SIM phones have one per SIM-slot
