I am trying to find my PAC number in order to leave EE but I can’t find it anywhere?! Why is it SO hard to leave something you’re not happy with!!!

Welcome to the Community

Sorry to hear you're looking to switch networks.  You'll need a PAC code to keep your number. 

You can visit How Do I Cancel My Contract with EE for self-service options, including PAC code to take your number.

Alternatively, text PAC to 65075

However, as you are looking to move to another provider it may be worth giving our disconnections team a call on 150 who can issue your PAC code, and also see what they can do to help you stay with us.
