Was with bt but transfered to EE was told can keep old number and didn't need to do anything as it will automatically be done .this was 2 days ago .how long does it normaly take please folks .
It usually goes through the next working day, an extra day if it's processed after 5:30PM. Could you restart the device this morning and let us know if it's working please?
