Porting

I have been with EE for one year having previously been with Tesco. Last week I my phone would not receive incoming calls. I have made numerous calls to EE, many times being told that they would phone me back despite the  problem being not able to receive incoming calls. I have now been told that it is a porting problem between O2 and EE with no known end date for fixing. Fair enough but where does that leave me. Not at all happy with the situation . Very poor service.

Hi @Treefeller

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem with your service. Did our technical support team mention raising a ticket for this?

Is this affecting all incoming calls regardless of originating network? You may well find that you can receive "on-net" calls from other EE users and this issue affects other "off-net" callers.

If so, it may provide some comfort that CS callbacks should still be possible.

I have rentals posted but cannot find the thread to answer replies . I have been with EE for a year having moved from Tesco. I cannot receive incoming calls from any network and callers get the message, number not recognised. I do have a ‘ticket’ for the fault but have not had any resolution for a week. This is more than inconvenient as the phone is the main way that people can contact me.
