Hello,

I am wanting to get a new EE SIM card to replace my current EE SIM card that I’ve had for many of years.

how do I go about with doing this?

@lx1g8 , just ask for a replacement SIM card, which will arrive via second class post, but there will probably be a postage charge for it, or go to an EE high street store with photo ID and ask for a replacement SIM card.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.
