I am writing to request assistance with purchasing a "Travel eSIM for UK Visitors" on your website.
Currently, after I log into my EE account and select a plan, clicking the "Continue" button does not work. Regardless of which day plan I choose, the website simply remains on the same selection page and fails to redirect me to the final checkout screen.
Could you please help me resolve this technical issue so that I can complete my purchase?
Thank you for your time and assistance.

@Northerner

Hi @hbkang
It's great to hear that you're looking to take out one of our SIMs when you're visiting the UK.
Thanks for highlighting that you're experiencing this issue.
I've ran a test myself, and when I'm logged out, it allows me to select the plan and check the 'I confirm my phone is eSIM compatible' box.
When I click 'Continue' it asks me to log in; when I've logged in, it takes me to the next page.
Could you give that a go please?

Let me explain more details..
I’m trying to purchase the EE Travel Data eSIM – 30 day pass, unlimited data, uncapped speed, £30 one-off.
I am already signed in to my EE ID.
On the “Choose plan” page, I select the 30 day pass and tick “I confirm my phone is eSIM compatible.” The Continue button then becomes active.
However, when I click Continue, I am not taken to the checkout or payment page. Instead, the page simply reloads/redirects back to the same Choose plan page, so I cannot proceed with the purchase.
I have tried this multiple times in both Chrome and Safari, and the same issue occurs in both browsers.
Could you please confirm whether there is a problem with the Travel eSIM checkout, and let me know if there is another way to purchase this exact £30 Travel Data eSIM?

Hi @hbkang
Thanks for reaching out about this.
The eSIM is mean for purchasing online and downloading to your phone ready for use in UK.
If you pop into the EE store they will be able to help you with this.
However, looking at what you have tried, I've merged your post to an existing thread.
I'm also going to get this passed onto our team to investigate further.

Thanks, Ali. Just to clarify one point:
If the online checkout is still not working when I arrive in the UK, can an EE store actually sell and activate this exact Travel Data eSIM — £30, 30 days, unlimited data, uncapped speed — without using the online checkout?
Or do you mean that the store can only help me try to complete the same online purchase?
Since the online checkout currently redirects me back to the plan selection page every time, I need to know whether an EE store is a genuine alternative purchase method if the issue is not fixed before I arrive.
Thanks.

The store will certainly help you through the process of ordering @hbkang
However, once I have confirmation if the stores are able to process the sale directly and issue the eSIM I'll update you here.
Thank you.

Hello,
I am trying to purchase a visitor eSIM from the EE Shop through the following page in Chrome:
EE Travel eSIM – UK : https://ee.co.uk/mobile/travel-esim-uk?utm_source=chatgpt.com
When I select the “14 days pass” option, check “I confirm my phone is eSIM compatible”, and click “Continue”, the page simply refreshes and does not proceed to the next step.
Please note that I am already logged in when accessing the page, so advising me to log in or directing me to the login page would not resolve this issue.
I have also confirmed that other visitors are experiencing the same issue on this page, which suggests that this may be a problem with the website or the eSIM purchase process itself.
Could you please confirm whether this issue is currently being investigated and, if so, when you expect it to be fixed?
I would appreciate an update on the expected resolution time, as I need to purchase the eSIM before my trip.
Thank you.

Hello! I’m having exactly the same problem. I’m in Spain and trying to purchase the £15 7-day unlimited Travel eSIM before travelling to Edinburgh on 26 October.
After I log in, select the eSIM plan and confirm my iPhone 17 Pro is compatible, the website takes me back to the page showing the available plans. There is no error message.
I’ve tried both Safari on my iPhone and a PC, with the same result.
Could you please help me purchase the eSIM or provide an alternative way to buy it?
Thank you!
