I am writing to request assistance with purchasing a "Travel eSIM for UK Visitors" on your website.
Currently, after I log into my EE account and select a plan, clicking the "Continue" button does not work. Regardless of which day plan I choose, the website simply remains on the same selection page and fails to redirect me to the final checkout screen.
Could you please help me resolve this technical issue so that I can complete my purchase?
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi everyone,
I'm having the same problem: I'm trying to make a purchase from Italy, but it's not working whether I use Chrome, Firefox, or Brave.
When I click to proceed, it just refreshes the same page.
Does anyone have a solution?
Thank you, best

Hi @Robbb85
Thanks for highlighting the issue that you're experiencing.
Are you currently connected to WIFI? if you are, I'd recommend disconnecting from WIFI then giving it another try.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your reply.
I’m connected via Ethernet on my desktop computer, but I’ve tried different connections—both Ethernet and Wi-Fi on my laptop, as well as mobile data on my smartphone—and different browsers—Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave—and the problem is always the same.
So I think it’s a website error and not my fault.
Unfortunately, if I can’t find a way to purchase the eSIM by tomorrow, I’ll have to buy it from another operator.

Thanks for letting me know @Robbb85
If you're able to make a call, I'd recommened speaking to one of our guides who can get the product added to your account.

Hi, Has anyone found a solution to this issue?

No, because no one from EE ever got back to us.
Luckily, it wasn't an issue because, once we got to Scotland, we found that our Italian Vodafone SIM cards had coverage and a connection without any problems almost everywhere in the country—even throughout the Highlands—so buying an EE SIM would have been a waste of money.
