Is there anyway of getting a pac code without ringing 150?

Trying to get my number away but the wait time for CS are too long

Yes, If you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.

If you're on a single user account, then text PAC to 65075

Or login to your myEE online account, Go to Menu > Account settings > Leave EE

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, if you need a PAC, you'll need to use your mobile phone to send a text which says PAC to the number 65075.

If you have multiple numbers on your account, you can only do this by logging into your online account or by calling us.
