Wanting to view a contract of one of the numbers on my account but can't locate contract. 

Been a week since I ordered and no update???

HiI ordered a phone on the 13th March and whenever I track it with EE it says it's been dispatched but I haven't heard anything since? DD has been set up but I don't have the phone.

Network update settings

Why since Monday have I received six messages telling me to restart phone due to network updates?It's getting tiresome now, it can't be correct So why are you spam texting me?

I am also only getting 4G in areas I have been getting 5G in previous areas that is been previously. I have spoken to at least 5 different agents who haven’t exactly been the most helpful as it gets to the engineers and they say everything is working...
