Any replacement SIM would need to be delivered to your registered UK address.
What is the reason for the replacement? Has your SIM lost/stolen?

Also to add, EE is a UK operator and services are intended for UK residents, not those living abroad long-term.

Also to add, even if the SIM is sent to you from UK, it 1st needs activating in UK by making a call or text.
