I tried to down load a esim to go oh holiday with and now my EE SIM is blocked it's says I have no data. Help

@Paulyg3218    eSIM from where ?   Did you scan a QR code ?   because it sounds like you’ve tried to switch your EE sim to the eSIM on the device via using a QR code. 

Are you in the UK ? 
eSIMs are for contract customers only on EE.   
what network is that eSIM for ?
