Is the replacement SIM for a lost, stolen, or damaged card, or do you need a different size or an eSIM for a new device?
If your SIM has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please give our team a call. They can also help you bar the SIM to protect your account. Alternatively, you can visit an EE store with a valid photo ID.
If you need a different SIM for a new device or would like to switch to an eSIM, you can log in to your EE account to request a SIM swap.
