Are you currently on PAYG or pay-monthly?

If you're on PAYG already, why do you want a new SIM?

If you're on pay-monthly currently, are you within your minimum-term?

If you are currently on contract you need to call CS & give 30 days notice of cancellation & request it be moved to PAYG. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

If you are already on PAYG, there is no point.

EE PAYG doesn't offer any concept of joint accounts. If you're on a shared billing account, I suspect you're on pay-monthly - and if someone else is the account holder, you will also need a change of legal ownership.

Please text BALANCE to 150 and post the response onto this forum. That will confirm your account status.

Then Remove your no. from the shared EE a/c & Register it to a new a/c with your own email addy.
