E sim not activating

I have just ordered an extra line on my account, being an e sim. However when I’m trying to activate the e sim through how the email says it’s telling me I have input some incorrect information to the billing account, this information I’m providing is the email I used to set up the account and the same email I have received the confirmation e sim number on
