When exactly is "just" that you ported-in?
What you're describing is a "split port" where some aspects of your service have transferred but others haven't. On the day of port-in, different stages of split-service are normal, but this should resolve by the end of the day and everything be fully transferred.
If that's not the case, it will likely need EE-CS intervention to check your individual port-in and take any necessary corrective action. There is no access to individual customer accounts on this forum, but CS on 150 have that access and should be your next port-of-call.
