How to get a new nano sim for my PAYG number without an EE account?

Hello. I’ve been using an EE micro SIM card with a dumb phone for about 10 years. That phone has now died, and I need a nano sim for the new phone. However, there doesn’t appear to be any straightforward way of doing this. 

I don’t have an EE account linked to my EE mobile number. All I do have is my top-up card. Is this enough to get a new nano sim? If so, how?

@Ant105  Go to store with in date photo ID and request a replacement sim.  EE sims are 3 in 1 sims so you just push out the bit you need.   Take your old sim with you.
