How do i request a QR CODE for digital sim?
my sim card isn't working for some reason and heard about this.
Logged in to my app but cant find anything.

If your SIM isn't working, please get in touch with Customer Care who can send out a pre-activated SIM pack for you.

i will do that, but as we know with the delays on postage due to strikes i probably wont receive it until next week.
Thats why i wanted to get my QR CODE so i can have the digital sim.

Hi @Erum12,
You can request a replacement SIM digitally, but I'd still recommend contacting Customer Care first so they can check your account to see what is causing the issue with your current SIM. They'll also need to activate your replacement SIM manually as you don't have service on your current SIM to receive the required security PIN.
