Trying to activate my esim but neither phone has service to receive the code to activate it have no clue what to do as I can’t get no service and the only way I can use my phone is when connected to the Wi-Fi

@Ethan40  Sounds like you didn’t used the correct procedure to transfer your eSIM from one phone to another. You now need a replacement Sim card and to do this you can go to any EE store with photo ID to request a replacement sim or you can call customer services.
