Hi everyone got a bit of a problem that I need advice with.
I've taken out two phones, one for me and my partner & one for my daughter only now she's now 'refusing' to pay her bill.
How do I deactivate her sim?
Any help anyone can give me will be greatly received.

To deactivate the SIM amounts to a disconnection, which could only be done by giving 30days cancellation notice if you are outside your minimum term.
You should be able to apply a call restriction via CS, preventing any outgoing calls & texts. Mobile data permissions can be disabled via your myEE account. I'm unsure whether there's a facility to prevent incoming calls, this is normally an absolute last resort.

Even if you could deactivate it you still have to pay the bill for it.
