I was told on 25/1/2023 a new sim would be sent within 2 days. Today is February 5th and I have not received it. Tried phoning 150 but just got sent all round the houses. Very frustrating as I cannot use my new phone without the SIM. Previously called in the EE shop to buy the phone and was told they only provide them on monthly plans and to buy the phone elsewhere and get a SIM. What can I do ?

@valc1 I assume this was for a PAYG sim ? you can only purchase a phone on EE if it’s available on PAYG not all devices are. What phone was it ? You should have had the sim by now.
