How can I link up my SIM

I'm a new user to this family. I downloaded the app and logged in to see the data usage, so I can watch it anytime afterward! However, there are some problems, I've no idea how can I do here.

I'm sorry. I don't know how can I activate it😥. I pay a sim card in Morrisons Daily. I thought I could just use it and buy a monthly subscription. So, excuse me, what is the next step I need to do, please.😢
