Hi just joined ee my sim card phone number was ************* which was
changed to my old number ************* which is fixed today my account number
is ********* since yesterday setting up my ee account I have not been able
to make any calls even to your 150 number can you help fix this thanks

It can take up to the end of the day that the number is due to port for everything to go live fully. How is it today?
What happens when you try to make a call?
Is there signal showing on the phone when the EE SIM is in the phone?

Do you know what happens if people try to ring you on the number you wanted to keep?
Whilst it sounds really simple too, have you had a chance to restart your phone since the switch completed?
