I have the exact same issue.I called the above number but they told me they can’t activate it for me and my only option would be to switch to a contract that will cost me 29£ a month min.Is there really no other option?

Paying Broadband to EE and BT

I have just realised I am paying BT for broadband and landline (now about £50 per month) but I am also paying EE £48.34 pm as well as £21 for 2 SIM only mobile phones. I do not know what the £48.34 is for.

Smart hub

My data allowance ran out today 6 May.  Not worried as EE had advised it would be renewed on 7 May.However, I received a text to say it would be renewed 6 June - another month later.Why?
