@AmBukboon : You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad.

HI XRaySpeX,

I need to unlock my SIM as I have tried too many incorrect PINs (PUK). I was trying to set up a SIM pin on my phone and must have got a bit lost with it all. Can you help?

@domvics : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.
