Having problem linking SIM to accont

I am trying to pay for the card plan of next month, but it says having trouble linking to my ee account. Can u please help me link my SIM with my email?

Not exactly. I have registered a account, but I can not link the account with my SIM, so I can not top up my phone credit.

Does the My EE account you have already have another number attached?

I do not have my account attached to any account. It is the notification.

What's more, I don't think it is a problem with my SIM since I met the problem before giving a phone number. What I am asking for is that if you can link my phone number with my account. Thanks!
