Hi my esim not working

Hi I got no signal on my phone as I'm on O2 EE send me an esim with qr code no working and on my settings thir no esim thur

Can you provide a bit more information. When did it last work. 

  • Are you in the UK. 
  • What device do you have.
  • Did you have a physical SIM card before. 
  • Have you tried restarting your device

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Karen1101 : Are you wanting to switch to EE? If so, order a SIM-Only plan or a PAYG SIM from EE & than port your no.
