Hello

I was told that my e sim would be active at 5pm today, not received any text or email, instead my physical Sim has been blocked , e sim had not been activated either,

what am i supposed to do , any help will be much appreciated

Has the eSIM gone live yet?

When you say the physical SIM was blocked, was it disconnected from the network completely? Normally that would be a sign that the new SIM or eSIM is going live.
