ESim Problem

I’ve currently had my Apple Watch nearly 12/13 months and all was working fine up until few months ago when I changed phone and now I can’t get my Apple Watch to work without having my phone close by ie phone calls, text messages etc coming through . I’m getting the error of ESim failed to download etc. I have attached a few pictures for info have tried also calling EE few times and been told just to wait the 4 hours it’s suggesting but still nothing . Surely someone on here can help please as I’m paying for a service I can’t use which is so annoying .

@JJ1872  Turn Wi-Fi off on both devices. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks Chris but still nothing seem to be getting this now see pic attached and nothing happens at all .
