Just upgraded to all rounder to get unlimited everything and unlimited speeds etc and then stupidly converted to eSIM as thought be better.
just been to caravan where my husbands works fantastic and everyone jumps on to his network hence why I upgraded. But found mine is worse than it was before I upgraded and changed to eSIM?

Are you saying that an EE phone with a physical SIM is performing better than an EE phone with an electronic SIM, in the same location?

Yes

Hi @BetonEE.
I'm not aware as to what could be causing this after moving from a physical SIM to an eSIM.
Is your husband on EE? if yes, is he still receiving perfect signal whilst your experiencing this?

@BetonEE There should be no difference between a sim and an eSIM, the eSIM is just a on board electronic SIM card. it hold all the information that’s on the sim after you switch it to the eSim and it still uses the same antenna of the device.

There were some issues with mobile data & eSIMs soon after the facility was launched, but I can't recall the specifics and have assumed they were long since resolved.
That said, the symptoms certainly weren't what you describe, i.e. varying levels of coverage. The usual cause of this in the past, was a lack of access to low-band 800Mhz. Again, long-since resolved.
Suspect you'll end up following the faults process here.
