Finding an itemised bill on my EE Mobile

I have both broadband and a mobile with EE.  On my broadband when I logged into myEE it shows my latest bill and previous, all itemised which is great.   However, on my mobile I no longer have this.   How do I see an itemised mobile phone bill.

Message not sending

Can someone please tell me why when I went to write to my friend it kept saying something about network wasn't accepting the message but yet other messages from me and my friend are fine because I shouldn't be having this problem as I top up £20 ever...

Phone calls in Australia

If you are an EE customer and going to Australia  BEWARE. Despite signing up to a new pay monthly account, signing up to roaming before I left and paying the extortionate roaming pass fee of £26 for 7 days I now find I cannot make calls in Australia....

Being charged twice

So I've recently paid my latest bill for £58 amd its been over a week since I paid it and now I get a notification from my bank saying a direct debit is due even tho I've paid last week I'm abut confused
