Please can someone help! EE taking a nonexistent >45 minutes to answer the phone.
I recently purchased fiber, two mobile contracts, and watch e-SIMs from EE.
One contract was existing and a renewal the other was new and needed a PAC applied.
EE have PAC’d across onto the renewed contract and not the new one. This has destroyed a number of 22 years and could be ruinous to my life!
how can I get them to undo this PAC and then reapply it to the correct new number!
Very panicked given they aren’t picking up the phone! What a mess! Please someone help!

@Andrewwilliammo Customer services can only answer when an agent is free to take that call, you cannot expect other customers not to call because you want to speak with customer services.
Did you get through to them ?

2.5 hours later I’m assured it will be fixed in the next 72 hours. Along with a change to my bank account, my email address and several other problems which all seemed to have landed together.
my complaint isn’t about others calling in (obviously I would hope) but the time it takes to be answered
