Hi . I have a problem with EE sim . I have no signal and I am not currently in the UK . I was looking for an online chat  where I could ask some questions . Thank you Tereza

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

Was the SIM activated on the UK network.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

When I bought EE . I asked if I could pay for one month and maybe not next . They told me it's Ok. 

Yes , the SIM was active. I used it for maybe  a year  and then when I left UK  it didn't work.

Are you using a pay as you go (top up) plan or a pay monthly contract?
