I have a Samsung dual SIM phone and successfully ran with 2 SIMS for over a year. The EE SIM card works for a little while, then the phone says no SIM card inserted in the slot. On numerous ocassions I would swap to two SIM cards over in the slots. My personal one always works in whichever slot it is in, while the EE one only works for a little while. I received a new SIM card and insterted it yesterday and it is doing the same thing. Works for a little while then stops. Again I have swapped between the 2 SIM card slots and my personal non-EE works fine in either slot and the EE fails without warning. Any suggestions?

@AmberwellT It sounds like you need to request a replacement SIM card. You can call customer service or go to a EE store to request this but if you go to a store you’ll need in date photo ID with you

Hi @AmberwellT
What device model do you have and have you checked out the Samsung uk forums.
What set up do you have for both sims.
I know there used to be issues on dual sim phones but not sure if Samsung fixed the issue.
Thanks
