Changing from EE to Tesco Mobile

Hi, I've managed to block the code after multiple times of trying to put in the unlock code using the 1st 8 numbers then last 8 numbers. What do I do now?

Is the device asking for a PUK code? 

Do you have the Tesco SIM card or the EE SIM in the device?

Hi, I have the Tesco sim in and PUK code doesn't work. It's asking for a MCK code

I've put the EE sim back in and tried the PUK code, still asking for an MCK code. I'm begining to get frustrated with this.
