EE, Didn't transfer Old Number (Vodafone).

Hey, I got a contract with EE and it didnt transter my old number from my pay as you go (Vodafone) sim.

Welcome to the community,

When did you port your number over? If at the weekend, then it will not port over the weekend but should do so within the next 24 hours from Monday.

Did you give the PAC code to EE? That is what you should have done, got it from Vodafone and then given it to EE once you have your SIM card from EE.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hey When done the Contract, I gave EE my PAC number from Vodafone. Just got my phone today and it isnt my numbers its a new one.

@votiki , that is a temporary number and if you gave EE the PAC number, then it should all transfer today, certainly by tomorrow and you will get a text letting you know. It just takes time to do so. I would also suggest rebooting your phone as well to make sure, maybe a few times.

Your number should ordinarily port over the working day after you activate your EE SIM.
