Got an EE E-sim, scanned it and it downloaded and appears as turned on. Still shows "emergency calls only" and everything I send a messages (normal) it waits for a connection. This is a dual sim phone. Samsung. How can I resolve this?

Where did you get your replacement SIM?

Did you receive your physical SIM?

Hi @robinrana811 

Thanks for coming here.

You would need to report the SIM as lost to our Mobile Guides.

They'll block the current SIM and send you a replacement one with the same number to the account address.
